End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the Bluestem Hollow Inventory Management System ("IMS") and its associated accounting integration with QuickBooks Online ("Software").
By accessing or using this Software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1. Ownership
The Software is owned and maintained by Bluestem Hollow.
All software, source code, documentation, workflows, and associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Bluestem Hollow unless otherwise stated.
2. Intended Use
The Software is designed exclusively to automate accounting workflows between the Bluestem Hollow Inventory Management System and Intuit QuickBooks Online.
Primary functions include:
Inventory accounting
Vendor Bill creation
Journal Entry creation
Accounting reconciliation
Audit artifact generation
Financial record synchronization
The Software is intended solely for authorized business operations.
3. License
Bluestem Hollow grants authorized users a limited, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for internal business purposes.
No ownership rights are transferred.
4. Restrictions
Users may not:
redistribute the Software;
reverse engineer the Software except where permitted by law;
remove ownership notices;
use the Software for unlawful purposes.
5. Data Accuracy
The Software automates accounting processes based upon data entered into the Inventory Management System.
Users remain responsible for:
verifying inventory records;
reviewing accounting transactions;
maintaining proper accounting controls.
6. Availability
Bluestem Hollow may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue the Software at any time without notice.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
The Software is provided "AS IS."
Bluestem Hollow makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or suitability for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluestem Hollow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Software.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

Bluestem Hollow respects the privacy and security of financial information.
This Privacy Policy explains how the IMS → QuickBooks Online Integration accesses and uses accounting information.

Chart of Accounts
Inventory accounting information
Accounting transaction metadata
The Software does not collect personal consumer information beyond what is necessary to perform accounting automation.
Purpose of Data Use
Data is used exclusively to:
automate accounting workflows;
synchronize accounting transactions;
generate audit documentation;
improve accounting accuracy;
reduce manual data entry.
Data Sharing
Bluestem Hollow does not sell, rent, or share accounting information with third parties except:
Intuit QuickBooks Online
Google Workspace services required to operate the application
No accounting information is used for advertising or marketing purposes.
Authentication
The Software uses Intuit OAuth 2.0 authentication.
Bluestem Hollow does not store QuickBooks passwords.
Access tokens are managed through secure OAuth mechanisms.
Data Storage
Application data may be stored within:
Google Apps Script
Google Sheets
Google Drive
QuickBooks Online
Only authorized Bluestem Hollow personnel may access this information.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are implemented to protect accounting information.

Purpose
The IMS → QuickBooks Online Integration has been designed to automate accounting workflows while maintaining strong security and auditability.
Authentication
The application authenticates with QuickBooks Online using OAuth 2.0.
Bluestem Hollow does not collect or store QuickBooks user passwords.
Access is granted only after explicit authorization by the QuickBooks company administrator.
Credential Storage
Application credentials are stored using secure Google Apps Script property storage.
Sensitive credentials are not embedded within application source code.
Encrypted Communications
All communications between:
Google Apps Script
Intuit QuickBooks Online
Google Workspace
occur over encrypted HTTPS connections.
Principle of Least Privilege
The Software requests only the permissions necessary to perform authorized accounting functions.
Audit Trail
The Software generates permanent audit artifacts including:
Vendor Bill PDFs
Journal Entry PDFs
Inventory references
Transaction timestamps
Duplicate protection hashes
These records assist in accounting verification and reconciliation.
Error Logging
Operational errors are logged for troubleshooting purposes.
Sensitive authentication credentials are not written to application logs.
Data Integrity
Accounting transactions are validated before submission.
Duplicate detection mechanisms help prevent accidental duplicate postings.
Automated accounting records are intended to supplement—not replace—standard accounting review procedures.
Security Updates
Bluestem Hollow periodically reviews and updates the Software as operational requirements evolve.
Security improvements may be implemented without prior notice.
Responsible Use
The Software is intended exclusively for legitimate accounting and inventory management purposes.
Unauthorized access or misuse is prohibited.
