We’re bringing the heat to Tomato Fest! Do you make a salsa that could take home the title of Bluestem Hollow Salsa Champion? Sign up via the link on this page to compete in our Salsa Showdown!

📦 Entry Commitment

By entering, I agree to:

  • Bring at least 1.5 gallons (6 quarts) of homemade salsa.

  • Arrive by 11 am to set up my station.

  • Provide an ingredient list for display (for allergy awareness).

  • Serve samples to guests (tasting cups and chips provided by Bluestem).

Winners will be chosen by judges and by People’s Choice. Prize packages include Bluestem Hollow gift card, a custom award, and online fame.
