Vendor Information

Join us on the farm every Saturday from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM for Summer Saturdays at Bluestem Hollow.

No two Saturdays will be exactly alike. Vendors may vary from week to week, creating a fresh experience throughout the summer season.

We are intentionally keeping Summer Saturdays small and curated. Vendor spaces are limited, and participation is selected to create a balanced and enjoyable experience for guests.

We welcome applications from:

• Farmers and growers
• Bakers and food producers
• Artists and makers
• Woodworkers and craftsmen
• Floral and plant vendors
• Specialty food vendors
• Family-friendly small businesses

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Approved vendors will be contacted directly as opportunities become available.

Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis throughout the season.

• There are no booth space fees. If you are selected and confirmed and don’t show, you will not be invited to return.

• Once invited, you will have 24 hours to confirm.

• Vendor Type will be limited. For example, we will only allow one vendor type for each area, with small accommodations made.

• You must provide your own tent if desired, tables, chairs, etc.

• All vendors must be set up by 9 am and break down at 1 pm.

• All trash, debris, boxes, etc. must be cleaned up. There will be trash cans available for your convenience.

• In case of inclement weather, we will not require vendors to attend, but you are still welcome to set up!
