Bluestem Hollow is a farm to table cafe seeking a reliable, hourly kitchen associate to join our Culinary Team. This individual would help support daily prep and service. This role focuses on executing established recipes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and working as part of a team. This is not a head chef or management position. We are looking for someone who values consistency, teamwork, and doing things well.

Position Overview:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes

• Assist with prep, service, and clean up.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen.

• Follow kitchen systems and standards.

• Communicate effectively with the team during service.

What we’re looking for:

• Kitchen or food service experience preferred, not required.

• Dependable and punctual

• Comfortable following systems and routines.

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

• Interest in quality food and local sourcing
